NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer (5–8 years exp) to design and develop AI-powered web applications. You will own front-end and back-end development, build scalable microservices in Java Spring Boot, and implement RESTful APIs. You will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to reliability, security, and user-centric design while training teams on new capabilities and features.
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (5–8 years exp) to design, build, and develop web applications that drive our AI-powered solutions. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong ownership of both front‑end and back‑end development. Implement scalable, performant applications by Leveraging AI-assisted development tools and intelligent APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring reliability, security and user‑centric design.
Frontend Development — Angular/React:
5+ years of hands‑on Angular development — controllers, services, directives, routing, and dependency injection
Builds responsive, performant UIs; integrates with Spring Boot/Python
Writes unit tests using Jasmine / Karma; applies UI performance optimization techniques
Backend Development — Java Spring Boot/Python:
5+ years of hands‑on Java and Spring Boot experience — REST APIs, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
Implements resilience patterns
Database — MongoDB:
Hands‑on experience designing MongoDB collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for complex application domains
Integration & Middleware:
Builds RESTful API integrations
Experience with event‑driven patterns (Kafka / RabbitMQ) is preferred
AI Integration:
Hands‑on experience integrating LLM APIs
Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Soft Skills & Ways of Working:
Collaborates effectively across frontend, backend, QA, architecture, and product teams
Independently tackles complex, unstructured problems; proposes scalable and permanent solutions
Proactive subject matter expert
Bachelor's or Masters degree with 5–8 years of relevant full stack development experience.
