You will bridge frontend experiences with scalable backend architectures, focusing on complex system integrations and event-driven distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Core Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, microservices architecture and GoF/enterprise design patterns.
• Proven experience designing robust integration strategies, APIs, and pub-sub messaging architectures.
• Strong frontend experience (React, Angular, or TypeScript) with modern backend development.
• Analytical skills with track record of diagnosing complex distributed systems problems.
• Proficiency in relational/NoSQL databases and cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/OCI).

Responsabilités

• Own the complete architecture of scalable web applications spanning frontend frameworks and high-performance Java backends.
• Design, build, and maintain seamless integrations between enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Architect low-latency, distributed, event-driven systems using pub-sub mechanisms and asynchronous messaging.
• Establish coding standards, review critical pull requests, and enforce enterprise design patterns for maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and drive engineering excellence across the team.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering rigorous technical problem-solving and clean code.

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Full StackArchitect with a strong engineering mindset to lead the design anddevelopment of our next-generation enterprise applications. You will beresponsible for bridging frontend experiences with robust, scalable backendarchitectures, specializing in complex system integrations and event-drivendistributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture: Own the completearchitecture of scalable web applications spanning modern frontendframeworks and high-performance Java backends.
  
• System Integration: Design, build, andmaintain seamless, secure integrations between disparate enterprisesystems and third-party services.
  
• Distributed &Event-Driven Design: Architect low-latency, loosely coupled systems leveraging pub-submechanisms and asynchronous messaging patterns.
  
• Technical Governance: Establish codingstandards, review critical pull requests, and enforce enterprise designpatterns to ensure maintainability and high availability.
  
• Problem Solving &Optimization: Troubleshoot critical production bottlenecks, optimize system performance,and drive engineering excellence across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Database & Cloud: Proficiency inrelational/NoSQL databases and cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/OCI).
  

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or equivalent distributed streaming platforms.
  
• Experience withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
