Job summary

CyberMind Works LLP in Chennai is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to own products end-to-end. You’ll build front-end in React, back-end in Node.js, design data models in PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and deploy on AWS or Azure with Docker and Kubernetes.

You’ll optimize latency, review code, and help scale applications that process millions of records. A strong foundation in React/Node, REST APIs, and modern DevOps is essential; prior AI feature experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years building production web applications.
• Strong in React and Node.js.
• PostgreSQL or any SQL—schema design, indexing, query optimization.
• MongoDB or any NoSQL database.
• Comfort with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Solid DSA fundamentals and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Git and Agile workflows.
• Shipped a non-trivial application from 0 → production (solo or as tech lead).
• Built AI applications — RAG, LLM agents, vector DBs — in a real product.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis).
• Worked on systems handling millions of records.
• Open source contributions or technical writing.
• Industry-standard pay, scaled to experience.

About the role
