Role Title: FS Advisory Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Financial Crime domain to support large-scale Financial Crime transformation and regulatory change programs across Banking and Financial Services clients.
The successful candidate will combine deep Financial Crime domain expertise with strong Business Analysis and Consulting capabilities to drive business transformation initiatives across AML, KYC/CDD, Sanctions, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Crime Operations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, product owners, and technology delivery teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, design target operating models, and support end-to-end solution delivery using Agile.
The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, proven stakeholder management skills, and hands‑on experience in business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, user story creation, backlog management, and business process re‑engineering.
This role strongly as a Senior Consultant/Manager Financial Crime Business Analyst, balancing Financial Crime domain expertise, consulting/advisory capabilities, and modern Business Analysis practices expected by Big 4 firms, global consulting organizations, and Tier‑1 banks undergoing regulatory transformation.
