Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end BFSI technology programs from Noida. You will own delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and budget, interfacing with executive stakeholders and guiding large, geographically distributed teams including cloud, DevOps, and modernization initiatives.

The role requires 15+ years in IT delivery, strong BFSI experience, and proven leadership of multi-vendor, global programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT delivery/program management experience for large enterprise clients.
• Strong BFSI domain experience across Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Insurance, Capital Markets.
• Proven track record managing large teams (50–100+), multi-vendor programs, and global delivery models.
• Strong understanding of cloud, microservices, APIs, DevOps/CI-CD, modernization, data platforms, and production support.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, escalation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe and PMP/CSM/SAFe or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple BFSI technology programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, budget, and SLAs/KPIs.
• Act as senior client interface, managing executive stakeholders and governance forums.
• Lead large, distributed teams across development, modernization, cloud, DevOps, testing, and support.
• Drive program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue/margin, and cost optimization.
• Establish delivery governance, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Drive Agile/SAFe delivery, automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and operational resilience.
• Partner on solutioning, estimation, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, transitions, and account growth.
• Ensure BFSI security, regulatory, risk, audit, and data privacy compliance.
• Build and mentor leadership across PMs, Architects, Leads, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads.
• Drive GenAI/Agentic AI adoption to improve productivity and quality.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery for a strategic Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) client. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end delivery, client relationships, program governance, financial management, people leadership, risk management, and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple BFSI technology programs, ensuring commitments across scope, schedule, quality, budget, and SLAs/KPIs.
• Act as the senior client interface, managing executive stakeholders, governance forums, escalations, delivery reviews, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead large, geographically distributed teams across application development, modernization, cloud, DevOps, testing, production support, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Drive program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue/margin management, resource utilization, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Establish strong delivery governance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, issues, change requests, and corrective actions.
• Drive Agile/SAFe delivery, engineering excellence, automation, CI/CD, DevOps, quality improvement, and operational resilience.
• Partner with client and internal teams on solutioning, estimation, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, transition planning, and account growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to BFSI security, regulatory, risk, audit, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Build and mentor a strong leadership pipeline across Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Leads, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads.
• Drive adoption of GenAI/Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering to improve delivery productivity, quality, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Delivery/Program Management for large enterprise clients.
• Strong BFSI domain experience across Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing large teams (50–100+), multi-vendor programs, and global delivery models.
• Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs, DevOps/CI-CD, application modernization, data platforms, and production support.
• Strong commercial skills covering budgeting, estimation, forecasting, utilization, margin, and contract/SOW management.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, escalation management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe and preferably PMP/CSM/SAFe or equivalent certifications.

Preferred

Experience leading GenAI/Agentic AI transformation programs, cloud modernization, managed services, and large-scale transition programs would be advantageous.
