Role Description:

As the IT Head at our organization, you’ll be in charge of directing, managing, and overseeing our company’s information technology (IT) infrastructure. You’ll ensure the accessibility, reliability, and security of our systems and networks, delivering the support that enables our teams to function effectively and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory & Intune Management: Manage and administer Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and Intune, ensuring the secure and effective operation of our cloud services.
2. VPN, Firewall & Network Security: Oversee the maintenance and management of our VPN, firewall, and overall network security, protecting sensitive data and preserving system integrity.
3. IT Asset Management: Carry out regular updates and maintenance of our IT assets to ensure they are in optimal working condition, and conduct audits to monitor the usage and performance of these assets.
4. IT Asset Provisioning and Deployment: Oversee the provisioning and deployment of new IT assets as required, ensuring that hardware and software installations and upgrades are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
5. IT Policies Development: Develop comprehensive IT policies to guide the use and management of our networks and IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and other systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional certifications would be a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud services.
• Expertise in managing Microsoft 365 Azure Active Directory and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of network security and experience with VPNs and firewalls.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT policies.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
