Job summary

InnovTrove Technologies seeks a Frontend Technical Lead / Architect to guide frontend strategy and architecture for complex applications. You will drive component-based design, micro frontend patterns, and design systems across teams, while ensuring performance and accessibility.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with product and backend partners in a hybrid Chennai setup. Prior experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.
• Strong experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Good understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.
• Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms - Azure / AWS.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.
