Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking experienced software engineers for remote AI training and evaluation projects. Qualified applicants have 2+ years of real-world software experience, strong fundamentals in at least one major language, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setup.

Selected candidates will complete diverse engineering tasks, review code and model outputs for quality, and deliver clear, well-documented work on schedule.

This is a remote, project-based role: qualify once through a single assessment and receive ongoing project matches spanning code review, evaluation, and original task creation. Pay ranges from $50 to $100/hour depending on the projects you qualify into.
