About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js to join our team at Datastack Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in building scalable, high‑performance front‑end applications, designing reusable UI components, and implementing effective state management solutions. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone with strong problem‑solving abilities, sound technical judgment, and the aspiration to lead and mentor a team of React developers.\

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build reliable, maintainable, and user‑friendly applications while contributing to architectural decisions and establishing front‑end development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front‑End Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Build scalable and high‑performance front‑end applications aligned with business requirements.
• Optimize existing applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.

2. Component Architecture

• Design and develop reusable UI components and front‑end libraries.
• Establish consistent component structures and coding practices across applications.
• Contribute to front‑end architecture and technical design decisions.

3. State Management and API Integration

• Implement effective state management using Redux, MobX, Context API, or other suitable solutions.
• Integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs and back‑end services.
• Handle asynchronous operations, data flow, and application‑level error scenarios efficiently.

4. Code Quality and Performance

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and debugging challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in front‑end development, with strong expertise in React.js.
• Excellent command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive web design.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals, component lifecycle, hooks, and reusable component architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with state management solutions such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front‑end build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
• Proficiency in Git and experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members and coordinate effectively across teams.
