Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 4–6 years of experience in React.js and Next.js to build modern, scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in component-based architecture, state management, responsive UI development, and frontend performance optimization. Experience with API integration and backend communication will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces with consistent cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

2. Application Architecture

• Implement best practices in component design, state management, and frontend architecture.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Maintain coding standards, code quality, and technical documentation.

3. API Integration

• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Handle authentication, authorization, session management, and API responses.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless application integration.

4. Testing and Quality

• Perform unit testing and component testing.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development practices.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with React Query/TanStack Query and form-handling libraries.
• Understanding of Next.js features, including SSR, SSG, routing, middleware, and performance optimization.
• Experience with responsive design and modern frontend development practices.
• Working knowledge of Git, npm/yarn, Webpack/Vite, ESLint, and Prettier.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and application security.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Banking, FinTech, or financial services domain experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
