Team Lead | MBA in HR Management @ Safeguard Global

Responsibilities

• Implement visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Validate changes before submitting to the back-end
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Develop functional and appealing web and mobile applications based on usability
• Maintain websites, fix bugs, and implement enhancements
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications
• Create quality mockups and prototypes within tight timelines
• Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Perform other duties as assigned

2. Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Developer or a combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in React.js, GCP, and cloud platforms
• Proficient in web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, small adjustments)

• Understanding of SEO principles and application adherence
