Job description

Role & Responsibilities

The candidate must:

  1. Ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down.
  3. Supervise daily scrolls of all Patient Care Coordinators on shift.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely registrations & report movement.
  5. Follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing / discount instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
  6. Handle inter and intra departmental coordination.
  7. Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and adhere to company policies and practices.
  8. Develop and implement the Patient Feedback Process and support regular patient feedback analysis.
  9. Ensure patient satisfaction, optimal patient movement & patient care.
  10. Have complete awareness about the Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
  11. Comply with service quality processes, environmental & occupational policies of the respective area.
  12. Maintain 99% accuracy in invoicing/billing.
  13. Be proactive in handling daily staff or customer situations.
  14. Maintain Turnaround Times (TATs) as per the standards under IMS & NABH.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 to 4 years of experience, preferably with 2 years in the service industry or healthcare.
