Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru seeks a Front Line Manager in R&C to lead AML/KYC reviews and ensure high-quality controls. You will oversee a remote team of analysts, validate documents, and resolve escalations with clients while driving adherence to SLAs.

The role requires strong knowledge of AML, regulatory reporting, and risk management, with a focus on process improvements and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• MBA or Masters in Risk Management preferred.
• Certifications such as CFA or FRM are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review entities for KYC/CDD compliance according to policy.
• Validate due diligence documents against policy matrices.
• Conduct BO and key controller reviews as per policy.
• Coordinate client outreach to fetch documentation.
• Perform false positive analysis for AML matches.
• Ensure team adheres to metrics and business SLAs.
