Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Front Line Manager in R&C/Financial Crime & Risk Management in Bengaluru, India. You will review entities, validate due diligence, and oversee KYC/AML services for clients, including remote team management.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs, meet SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding, screening, and regulatory reporting. A strong background in AML, risk management, and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
• Masters in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• CFA certification (Skillab) or equivalent and FRM (LinkedIn Learning) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review entities for KYC/CDD as per policy and jurisdiction.
• Validate due diligence documents per business, entity, and product matrix.
• Conduct BO and key controller reviews.
• Coordinate client outreach to fetch documentation and any additional information.
• Perform false positive analysis for screening hits and adverse media.
• Oversee remote KYC/AML team, ensuring SLAs and audit trails.
