iEnergizer is seeking a Front-end Lead Developer for a US-based client. You will lead a team across the full SDLC to deliver responsive web and mobile applications, with a focus on modernisation and re-engineering.

You will own front-end architecture, set coding standards, mentor developers, and collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps to ship high-quality releases.

Qualificações

• Strong Java with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Java EE and Spring WebFlux (reactive programming).
• REST and SOAP API design; API management experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Git, GitLab and CI pipelines; Jira.
• Proven track record leading technical design and delivering at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide developers through the full SDLC; keep morale, productivity, training and quality high.
• Join sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives to ship on time.
• Design and build scalable, secure front-end and backend systems across on-prem, cloud and hybrid.
• Set and enforce coding standards, best practices and documentation.
• Run code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Work with Product, QA and DevOps to deliver quality releases.
• Fix performance bottlenecks, bugs and blockers.
• Handle project sizing, code migration, SLA monitoring and maintenance planning.
• Track emerging technologies and recommend tools and frameworks.

We are hiring a Front-end Lead Developer for a leading US-based client. You will lead a team of developers across the full software lifecycle, with a focus on application development, modernisation and re-engineering. You will own the front end of responsive web and mobile applications and work across a modern Java microservices stack.

• Microservices architecture and resiliency design patterns

• AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Git, GitLab and GitLab CI pipelines; Tomcat; Jira
• Proven track record leading technical design and making trade-offs between scale, performance, resilience and delivery
