Job summary

SRS Infoway in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Senior Front-end Engineer to architect and deliver scalable UI using ReactJS. You will own components, state management, and API integrations, collaborating with product, UX/UI and backend teams to ensure a superior customer journey.

The role requires strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and REST/GraphQL, with a solid background in E-commerce flows, performance optimization, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS and modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Strong experience in E-commerce/Retail domain with cart, checkout, payment and order flows.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and API integrations.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools: New Relic, Quantum Metric, Splunk.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using ReactJS.
• Architect and implement reusable UI components, state management, and front-end best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Design and consume APIs using GraphQL and REST services.
• Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and development standards across the team.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with cloud and DevOps teams to deploy and support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Monitor application health, user experience, and production issues using New Relic, Quantum Metric, and Splunk.
• Analyze customer behavior, application performance, and production incidents to proactively improve platform reliability.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior and senior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Analyze Core Web Vitals and front-end performance metrics for web pages, collaborate with development teams to optimize page load times, responsiveness, and visual stability, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
