Job description

Requirement:

  1. Execute the outreach process consisting of outbound/cold calls, emails, and social touches.
  2. Qualify leads/prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions by calling or VC by asking AWAF.
  3. Handle the complete sales cycle and close the deal.
  4. Engage with prospects and demonstrate our SaaS product via online/offline meetings.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets every month/quarter.
  6. Keep in touch with prospects, take follow-ups timely, and ensure open relationships.
  7. Update CRM on a daily basis without any gap and provide reporting.
  8. Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission.
  9. Continuously improve our sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn best practices.
  10. Be in sync with the sales team lead to discuss challenging areas and seek advice.
  11. Build good relations with TG CXOs.
  12. Learn and follow sales frameworks like SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT, etc.
  13. Ensure to follow sales frameworks to reduce sales cycles.

Qualifications:

  1. B.Tech (MBA is a plus).
  2. 2.5+ years of sales experience.
  3. Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions (Logistics SaaS experience is a plus).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Work from office is mandatory.
