As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with customers through Voice, Chat or Blended channels, understand their concerns and provide accurate resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Shifts are 24x7 rotational with 5 days working and 2 rotational offs. Transport/TA as per process.

Qualifications

• Graduate/UG freshers eligible.
• B.Tech / MBA / MCA freshers not eligible.
• B.Tech / MBA / MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience.
• Candidates pursuing regular education must carry NOC from college.
• Good to Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts.
