Job summary

French Insights by Ankita is seeking a TEF/TCF French Trainer to join our remote teaching team with flexible weekday and weekend schedules. You will teach live online classes for A1–B2 levels, provide feedback, and collaborate with the academic team to improve content and assessments.

Fluency in French and English (C1 in French) and prior online teaching experience are required, as well as comfort with Zoom or LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with C1 level in French.
• Experience teaching French as a foreign language, online preferred.
• Strong understanding of TEF or TCF Canada format.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create interactive, structured, and motivating lessons.
• Strong time management and organization.

• Degree in French / Education / Linguistics or equivalent.
• Certification such as TEF, TCF, DELF B2+, DALF C1/C2 required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Punjabi and Hindi are required.

Responsibilities

• Teaching live online classes for A1-B2 levels, focused on TEF/TCF Canada preparation.
• Explaining key grammatical concepts and solving doubts in Learn Insights doubt sessions.
• Advising on what approach to follow if a student faces difficulty in any module (RLSW).
• Creating engaging lesson plans and exercises aligned with curriculum standards.
• Providing regular feedback and speaking/writing corrections to students.
• Tracking student progress and maintaining high engagement and motivation levels.
• Collaborating with the academic team for content, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining a supportive and motivating classroom environment.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and reliable TEF/TCF French Teacher to join our teaching team.

This is remote role, with classes conducted according to the French Insights by Ankita teaching methodology and schedule.

Work Schedule:

Classes are available on weekdays and weekends, with schedules assigned based on your availability. Weekly hours can range from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
