French Insights by Ankita in India invites a passionate TEF/TCF French Trainer to join our remote teaching team. The role supports TEF/TCF Canada exam preparation, teaching A1–B2 levels online according to our methodology, with classes scheduled based on your availability.

The position is remote with weekday and weekend sessions; weekly hours range from 4 to 40. Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English (C1 in French), experienced in online instruction, and comfortable using Zoom and LMS

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with French at C1 level minimum.
• Experience teaching French as a foreign language (online preferred).
• Strong understanding of TEF/TCF Canada formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create interactive, structured, and motivating lessons.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Docs, Meets, or similar LMS platforms.
• Degree in French / Education / Linguistics or equivalent.
• Certification such as TEF, TCF, DELF B2+, DALF C1/C2 required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Punjabi and Hindi for a diverse student community.

Responsibilities

• Teaching live online classes for A1-B2 levels, focused on TEF/TCF Canada preparation.
• Explaining key grammatical concepts and solving doubts in Learn Insights doubt sessions.
• Advising on teaching approaches for student difficulties (RLSW).
• Creating engaging lesson plans and exercises aligned with curriculum standards.
• Providing regular feedback and speaking/writing corrections to students.
• Tracking student progress and maintaining high engagement and motivation levels.
• Collaborating with the academic team for content, assessments, and improvement.
• Maintaining a supportive and motivating classroom environment.
