Job summary

Toronto French Academy (TFA) is seeking qualified French teachers to deliver online classes for students from A1 to B2, focusing on TEF Canada and TCF Canada exam preparation. Classes are conducted remotely, with ready-made materials and flexible scheduling.

Requirements include native or near-native French, DELF B1/B2 or DALF C1 or degree in French/FLE, 2–3 years of teaching, good English, and strong communication. Morning shifts available Tue-Sat, with both part-time and full-time options.

About Toronto French Academy

Toronto French Academy (TFA) is a fast-growing online language learning platform. We have trained 900+ students with the support of 80+ experienced trainers, and we specialize in French language training with a strong focus on TEF Canada and TCF Canada exam preparation.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced French teacher to teach students from A1 to B2 levels. As a French teacher at TFA, you will plan and teach structured, engaging online classes whose main aim is to prepare students for the TEF Canada exam.

Responsibilities

• Teach online French classes (individual and group sessions)
• Prepare students for the TEF Canada exam modules
• Deliver demo classes to prospective students
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Use Google Meet, Docs, Sheets and Drive for class delivery

Requirements

• Native or near-native French
• DELF B1 or B2, or DALF C1 certified (minimum B1 required), or a Licence/Master's degree in French or FLE
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of French teaching or tutoring experience
• Good spoken English to explain concepts to students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms
