Responsibilities:

1. Travel to customer sites, investigate customer complaints, and resolve problems.
2. Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on equipment by analyzing system problems, troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing tests.
3. Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
4. Document service and installation actions by entering information and completing reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
