We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Freelance Reels Video Editor to join our content team. As a Reels Video Editor, you will transform raw footage into high-engagement Instagram Reels tailored for Gen Z and Millennial audiences. You should be familiar with trending audios, syncing beats with transitions, and creating attention-grabbing edits within the first 3 seconds.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Edit vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
2. Apply trendy transitions, effects, text overlays, and reel-specific edits
3. Sync video to music/audio precisely
4. Add subtitles, animations, and motion graphics as needed
5. Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times
6. Collaborate with our content and social media team on tone and direction
7. Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral formats, and meme culture
8. Utilize editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
9. Showcase your portfolio or past work on Instagram Reels or short-form videos
10. Deliver quick edits with a strong aesthetic sense
11. Bonus: Experience editing influencer or creator-led content
