Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of testing experience, familiarity with defect trackers (JIRA/ALM/Bugzilla), and solid SQL skills. Strong communication and adaptability to shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of testing experience in website or functional testing.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla.
• SQL – intermediate level.
• Agile (Scrum)/Waterfall experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Flexible to work in various shifts as per project requirement.

Responsibilities

• Test functionality and review visual elements of small and large-scale interactive deliverables.
• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes.
• Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery.
• Responsible for website, banner, and web application testing, including functional testing, test case execution, and defect reporting.
• Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish daily QA tasks with high quality.
• Develop processes to ensure high quality assurance.
• Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep processes up to date.
• Assist with internal project kick-offs and requirements/specs gathering.
• Plan and document the testing effort via test plans and test cases for mid-level to larger-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and proactively solve problems.
• Experience working on web-based interactive projects and mobile apps.
• Must be a team player with ability to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
