Job summary

A leading design company in Kolkata is seeking a Design Partner with a minimum of 3-7 years experience in managing high-value projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sketchup and V-ray, as well as a portfolio demonstrating project success. This contract role offers high revenue opportunities and the flexibility to work at your own pace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in managing high-value projects.
• Portfolio must include at least six customer projects.
• Proficiency in Sketchup is advantageous.
• Proficiency with licensed design software (Sketchup, V-Ray, SpaceCraft Pro) preferred.
• SpaceCraft Pro certification and HL Induction training completed.
• Attendance at XP weekends: minimum 12 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage both standard and non-standard work.
• Present at the XP for weekends every month.
• Complete HL induction training and be SpaceCraft Pro certified.

No full time employment allowed as per DP contract.

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience.

Experience required in independently managing high-value projects involving both standard and non-standard work.

The portfolio should include a at least six customer projects and a provision of three customer testimonials is mandatory, who HL DP Program team can speak to. Laptop with legally licensed version of design software's (Sketchup, V-ray, SpaceCraft Pro) and strong internet connectivity required.

Having proficiency in Sketchup and a good understanding of V-ray would be advantageous.

DP should have finished HL Induction training process and should be SpaceCraft pro certified.

Minimum 12 days attendance in XP mandatory every month. The Design Partner is required to be present at the XP for weekends every month.
