Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled FreeSWITCH engineer in India with 5–8 years of hands-on experience.

The role supports multiple locations including Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi and Gurgaon to design and deploy robust SIP/WebRTC integrations. The candidate should have strong SIP and CCaaS integration skills, ACD configuration, and experience with call recording and supervision features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FreeSWITCH with dialplan, modules and ESL/API integrations.
• Strong WebRTC stack knowledge (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS).
• SIP proficiency per RFC 3261; NAT, trunk config, RTP/SRTP/TLS.
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with CCaaS platforms; configure ACD and queue management.
• Experience with call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge and supervisor features.
• Education: BE/BTech in CS/EC/Telco or equivalent; 5–8 years of experience.

Location-

• Open for all Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, and Gurgaon.locations

Must Have

• FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)
• WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)
• SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks).
• Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues.
• Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features.
