Job summary

Captalent Hr is seeking a skilled VoIP/Software Developer with hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel, and WebRTC-based applications. You will develop, maintain, and optimize cloud telephony, contact centers, dialers, and real-time communications platforms.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, working from office in Chennai, with 5.5 days work week. You will collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to implement SIP call flows, IVR, and integrations with telecom

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Laravel, and WebRTC-based applications.
• Responsibilities include developing, maintaining and optimizing cloud telephony, contact centers, dialers and real-time communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VoIP and contact center applications
• Configure and manage FreeSWITCH and Asterisk servers
• Build WebRTC-based voice calling applications
• Develop backend services using Laravel PHP
• Design SIP call flows, dial plans, IVR and routing logic
• Integrate third-party APIs and telecom providers
• Troubleshoot call quality, SIP, RTP and server issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for deployments and integrations
• Monitor and maintain production telephony infrastructure
