Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, fraud prevention, analytics, or a technical/operations role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts to detect suspicious activity and protect client accounts.
• Secure accounts and coordinate next steps to minimize risk and prevent loss.
• Collaborate with Fraud Risk Management analysts and partners to escalate complex cases and refine investigation strategies.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners to resolve fraud-related inquiries.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills; proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and technical tools with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial services, fraud prevention, analytics, or a technical/operations role; experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) preferred; familiarity with data mining and business intelligence tools is a plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative discipline such as finance, economics, statistics, business, information systems, or a related field
