Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fraud Analyst, Risk Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of fraud detection systems, chargeback processes, and risk assessment methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and mitigate fraudulent transactions within the Jupiter platform.
• Review and analyze user profiles, transaction patterns, and account activities to identify potential fraudulent behavior.
• Complaints and cases are reviewed on the MHA Portal, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customer support, and product teams to streamline the fraud detection process.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and police officials to resolve complex fraud cases and initiate legal actions when required.
• MIS handling and presentation skills are a must.

The ideal candidate will analyze transactions, detect suspicious patterns, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective fraud prevention strategies. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

What is needed for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fraud Analyst, Risk Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or analytics tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of fraud detection systems, chargeback processes, and risk assessment methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
• Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances.
• Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
