Job summary

Acesoft Labs in India is hiring an SAP FPSL Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to design, configure, and deploy FPSL solutions for financial services clients. You will work remotely or on-site, collaborating with business analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include configuring FPSL modules, ensuring subledger accounting setup, integrating with SAP S/4HANA, participating in testing, go-live support, and delivering documentation and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of SAP FPSL configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of FPSL architecture and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• SQL knowledge; SAP HANA experience.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Nice to have: SAP FPSL/FSDM/Insurance Analyzer certifications.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance implementations.

• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and support go-live & hypercare phases.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS 9, IFRS 17, GAAP) and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation as well as end-user training material.

About the Role:
