Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking an SAP FPSL Consultant with hands‑on FPSL implementations. You will design, configure, and deploy FPSL solutions for financial services to meet regulatory and business needs. Location is Anywhere in India with remote or on‑site options.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of FPSL experience, strong SQL knowledge, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in testing, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of SAP FPSL configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of FPSL architecture and subledger accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Good SQL knowledge; SAP HANA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP FPSL modules per business requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements.
• Ensure correct subledger accounting setup including accruals and FX revaluation.
• Work on integration between SAP FPSL, S/4HANA, and other modules.
• Participate in testing phases and support go‑live and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 9/17 and GAAP and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare technical and user documentation and training materials.

About the Role:
We are seeking an SAP FPSL Consultant with hands‑on experience in SAP Financial Product Subledger implementations. The candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP FPSL solutions for financial services organizations to meet business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support SAP FPSL modules as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into SAP FPSL solutions.
• Ensure correct setup of subledger accounting, covering processes like accruals, fair values, FX revaluation, and regulatory reporting.
• Work on integration between SAP FPSL, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP/non‑SAP modules as needed.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and support go‑live & hypercare phases.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 17, GAAP) and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation as well as end‑user training material.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in SAP FPSL configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FPSL architecture, subledger accounting concepts, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL (SAP HANA preferred).
• Familiar with accounting principles and financial product subledger mechanisms.
• Hands‑on experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• SAP FPSL/SAP FSDM/Insurance Analyzer certification.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance implementation projects.
