You will translate complex numbers into clear narratives for business leads, drive variance analysis, and help optimize operating expenses with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Finance experience.
• Ability to build, audit complex financial models in Excel/Sheets and perform variance analysis.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Clear, concise communication translating numbers into narratives.
• Proficient in spreadsheet modelling, data extraction, and BI tools.
• Solid grasp of expense classification and financial statements.

Your Mission

• Support the Finance Business Partnering in helping departments understand their cost base, manage budgets and optimize efficiency.
• Support budgeting & re-forecasting processes, building accurate financial models and forecasts for operating expenses (OPEX) and key business growth drivers.
• Perform actuals vs. forecast variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Improve existing financial models and BI dashboards to deepen the level of actionable commercial insights delivered to business leads.
• Generate meaningful insights through data backed financial analysis, with a clear and concise narrative.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

• 2-4+ years of relevant Finance Experience.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and audit complex financial models in excel/google sheets, with experience in variance analysis and budgeting.
• Comfortable building interteam relationships.
• Clear, concise communication, translating complex financial numbers into simple narratives.
• Proficient in spreadsheet modelling (excel/G-Suite), experience extracting and analysing data, and working with modern BI tools.
• Solid grasp of expense classification (fixed vs. variable, vendor vs headcount) and general financial statements.
