Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited invites applications for an FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst based in Chennai. The role partners with leadership to plan, forecast, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of accounting experience and knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with financial modeling and month-end close is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial statement analysis: Review and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow data to idenfy trends, variances, and areas for cost opmizaon.
• General ledger and bank reconciliaons: Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements monthly; research and resolve discrepancies; post adjusng journal entries as needed.
• Variance analysis & reporng: Compare actuals versus budgets and forecasts; prepare variance reports with wrien explanaons for management.
• Financial modeling & forecasng: Build and maintain financial models to support forecasng, budgeng, and strategic planning.
• Month-end and quarter-end close support: Coordinate with AR, AP, payroll, and ops teams to ensure accurate, mely close.
• Audit & compliance coordinaon: Prepare documentaon and respond to internal/external auditors; monitor changes in accounng regulaons (GAAP/IFRS).
• Process improvement & system implementaon: Streamline accounng processes, support ERP/financial system changes, and automate manual tasks.
• Special projects & cross-funconal liaison: Work on ad-hoc finance iniaves, system implementaons, mergers/acquisitions, tax filings, and collaboraon across departments.

leadership to plan, forecast, analyze performance, and translate data into aconable insights for strategic
