Job summary

EAII Advisors in New Delhi is seeking an FP&A Specialist, Systems & Reporting who will own Planful administration and deliver robust FP&A support across multiple entities and currencies. You will manage dynamic reports, prepare variance analyses, and ensure data integrity for monthly close and planning cycles.

Reporting to senior finance leaders, you will collaborate with regional program teams, maintain the standard report library, and provide end-user support while driving process improvements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CA qualification is a plus.
  • Experience with FP&A processes and budgeting.
  • Strong Excel and data modeling skills.

# FP&A Specialist, Systems & Reporting (EAII Advisors)New DelhiFinOpsNot Specified09/07/2026Full-timeOnsiteFavoriteAccess Job## Job Description## About the RoleThis role is based in New Delhi, India and combines Planful system administration with FP&A support. It is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, data integrity, and technical maintenance of the Planful environment, while also supporting financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning-cycle execution.Working under the AD, FP&A, the role supports finance leadership and program teams with reporting and analysis used for decision-making. It also collaborates with the FP&A AD, Finance AD, FP&A Director, Finance Director, CFO, regional directors, program finance, and Planful support.## Key Responsibilities– Build and maintain Dynamic Reports and SpotlightXL reports for monthly close packages. – Prepare monthly budget-vs-actual and forecast-vs-actual variance analysis at the entity and funder code level, including variance explanations for review. – Maintain the standard report library for finance leadership, program finance, regional directors, and other stakeholders. – Support allocation rate calculations and validation for IDC rates, fringe, regional pools, country shared cost pools, US Facilities, and IT chargeback. – Review consolidated trial balances and Planful outputs after monthly close for anomalies, FX translation variances, and intercompany elimination completeness. – Investigate discrepancies across Sage Intacct, Tally, and Planful, and escalate issues when needed. – Maintain Planful segment members, funder code hierarchies, UDAs, and translation tables across Sage Intacct and Tally integrations. – Monitor Sage Intacct-to-Planful integrations and Tally-to-Planful data loads, troubleshoot failures, and reconcile source data to loaded results. – Execute DLR uploads as directed, including full-file and incremental loads with the correct period-clearing logic. – Maintain FX rate tables, system variables, and user access in Planful; provide first-line support for basic end-user issues. – Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation for recurring processes and common issues. – Coordinate with Planful support on case submissions and track resolution. – Support budget and reforecast cycles by loading files, updating dimensions, managing workflow steps, reviewing submissions, and preparing summary output.## Required Skills– Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. – 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or reporting. – Working knowledge of US GAAP. – Experience with FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. – Hands-on administration of a financial system in a multi-entity environment, including dimension maintenance, data loads, user provisioning, and integration monitoring. – Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data manipulation. – Comfort working in multi-currency, multi-entity environments.## Preferred Skills– CA qualification. – Nonprofit accounting and fund accounting experience. – Experience with Planful or a similar platform such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan. – Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Sage Intacct. – Exposure to ETL and integration tools.## Cloud Platforms & Technologies### Financial Planning & Analysis / EPM – Planful – Dynamic Reports – SpotlightXL – Data Load Rules (DLR)### ERP / Accounting Systems – Sage Intacct – Tally### Integration & File Transfer – Celigo – SFTP – UTF-8 – JSON### Spreadsheet / Analysis – Microsoft Excel### FX Reference Source – Oanda## Benefits– Comprehensive health insurance with IPD and OPD coverage – Life and accidental insurance – PF, ESIC, and gratuity as per statutory requirements – Mental and physical well-being benefits – Learning and development support – Generous leave – Engagement and recognition opportunities – Competitive compensation aligned to credentials, experience, and previous pay scale## Why You Might Be InterestedThis role offers a mix of hands-on system ownership and FP&A analysis in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
