Job summary

Sandoz Private Limited in Telangana, India, seeks an experienced finance professional to partner with BPA and manage month-end close, master data, PO processing, and vendor management within a global context.

You will support planning activities, FTE analysis, and reporting, collaborating with FRA and transformation finance to drive process improvements and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide month-end close support for the Sandoz AG entity.
• Manage master data creation, maintenance and reporting including cost centers, internal orders, WBS elements, assets, profit centers and hierarchy nodes.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Sandoz AG PO management and related support activities.
• Oversee reclassification of SIRVA and other employee relocation expenses.
• Support vendor management and onboarding, ensuring smooth PO creation and execution.
• Manage invoice processing, including accurate coding of cost centers and GL accounts.
• Handle vendor payment queries and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new associates on PO processes, EBX, and Ariba systems.
• Manage ICSI approvals and related reporting activities.
• Perform monthly FTE analysis, reporting, and corrections to ensure data accuracy.
• Plan activities (TGT/MYF) including amortisation submissions, net working capital and cash flow for Sandoz AG.
• Be an extended team member for transformation finance and drive process enhancements.
• Adhoc analysis for specific management requests.
• Close collaboration with FRA on Monthly pre-close meeting, restructuring, accruals review, Master data maintenance and closing calls.

Job Description Summary

To act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

Job Description Major accountabilities

• Provide month-end close support for the Sandoz AG entity, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.


• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accruals, including wholesaler accruals and MDT invoicing.


• Manage master data creation, maintenance and reporting including cost centers (CC), Internal orders (IO), WBS elements, Assets, profit centers and Hierarchy nodes.


• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Sandoz AG Purchase Order (PO) management and related support activities.


• Oversee reclassification of SIRVA and other employee relocation expenses.
