Job summary

Wiley in India is seeking an FP&A & GL Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and general ledger activities across Wiley's global operations.

You will work with stakeholders across regions to deliver insights, improve processes, and support key finance activities, including monthly closes and variance analysis. A Master's in Accounting/Finance with 1–3 years experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, General Ledger, Reporting, or Shared Services Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting activities.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI, TM1, EPM, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.

• Support KPI reporting and audit requests as required.
