AiLenc is hiring a Tech Lead / Lead Architect to build an AI-native Hospital Management System in India. The role requires deep domain knowledge of HMS/EMR, ABDM/NHCX, insurance workflows, and HL7 FHIR interoperability. You will own the technical roadmap and drive critical integrations with insurers and TPAs in a hybrid Hyderabad setup.
The position demands hands-on leadership, experience with Document AI, OCR, and secure microservices architecture to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
Formación
- Engineering Lead / Lead Architect who understands Indian healthcare from the inside.
- Hands-on experience across HMS/EMR architecture and hospital workflows.
- Experience with cashless, TPA & insurance workflows including eligibility and pre-auth.
- Familiarity with ABDM M1/M2/M3, ABHA, HIP & HIU concepts.
- HL7 FHIR R4 interoperability and secure data architectures.
- Document AI / OCR for medical records, coding and claims docs.
- DPDP privacy and security principles in healthcare.
Responsabilidades
- Own the technical roadmap, system architecture and core integrations.
- Lead engineering execution from build to production.
- Design secure, scalable microservices for healthcare data.
- Drive ABDM/NHCX integration and insurer/TPA gateways.

We are building an AI-native Hospital Management System with insurance, cashless and corporate healthcare workflows built into the core — connecting clinical documentation, hospital operations, claims and payer approvals into one intelligent flow.
The problem we're solving is bigger than digitizing a hospital.
We want to eliminate the manual friction between doctors, billing teams, insurance desks, corporate desks, TPAs and insurers.
We are building an AI-native Hospital Management System with insurance, cashless and corporate healthcare workflows built into the core — connecting clinical documentation, hospital operations, claims and payer approvals into one intelligent flow.

We need an Engineering Lead / Lead Architect who understands Indian healthcare from the inside — not just someone who has built generic SaaS platforms.
You should have strong hands-on experience across several of these areas:
- HMS / EMR architecture and hospital workflows
- Cashless, TPA & insurance workflows — eligibility, pre-auth, claims, queries and settlement
- Corporate healthcare / credit workflows
- NHCX and insurer / TPA gateway integrations
- ABDM M1/M2/M3 — ABHA, HIP & HIU
- HL7 FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability
- Document AI / OCR / LLMs for medical records, coding and claims documentation
- Secure, scalable microservices and healthcare data architecture
- DPDP / ABDM privacy & security principles
This isn't a role where you'll simply execute someone else's architecture.
You'll own the technical roadmap, system architecture, core integrations and engineering execution required to take the platform from build to production.
