InnefuLabs Limited seeks a highly capable Manager – Founder’s Office (Robotics) to work directly with the Founders and CTO. You will scout robotics ecosystems, drive roadmap execution, and own initiatives across Robotics R&D, AI/ML, hardware-software integration, and partnerships.

You will synthesize complex research into founder-ready recommendations and drive outcomes shaping the company’s robotics trajectory while collaborating with multiple teams.

RoleOverview

TheManager – Founder’s Office (Robotics) is a high-trust, high-impact strategicrole designed for an exceptionally sharp technologist with a strong roboticsfoundation who will work directly alongside the Founders and CTO. This personwill function as a force-multiplier for the Founders — scouting the roboticsresearch ecosystem, driving roadmap execution, and owning critical initiativesacross Robotics R&D, AI/ML, Hardware-Software Integration, andPartnerships.

Thisis not an administrative role. You will be in the room where it happens —participating in research reviews and technical strategy discussions,synthesizing complex research into founder-ready recommendations, and drivingoutcomes that directly shape the company’s robotics trajectory.

KeyResponsibilities

Strategic Enablement &Founder Support

• Shadow the Founders and CTOacross robotics research reviews, lab/partner evaluations, and technicalstrategy discussions — synthesizing takeaways into clear action plans
• Serve as the Founders’analytical and operational backbone: research, benchmark, and translateemerging robotics trends into actionable strategy
• Prepare high-quality roboticsstrategy decks, research briefs, and roadmap presentations independently
• Identify R&D bottlenecks,technical risks, and scaling risks, and proactively develop structured,sustainable solutions before they escalatest

Robotics R&D & EcosystemMapping

• Identify and map researchinstitutes, universities, and labs across the market working on robotics —perception, manipulation, autonomous navigation, actuators, and control systems— for potential collaboration, licensing, or hiring pipelines
• Own and track R&D deliverymetrics (prototype cycles, milestone completion, budget utilization) incollaboration with the robotics team; surface data-backed insights to improvedelivery efficiency
• Lead or co-lead researchcollaboration proposals, technical partnership agreements, andproof-of-concepts with academic and research institutions
• Coordinate closely withRobotics, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to align on roadmapmilestones

Robotics Roadmap Planning &Execution

• Co-create the 1-year and 3-yearrobotics roadmap with the Founders and CTO — covering hardware/softwarearchitecture, AI/ML capability build-out, and the research-partnership pipeline
• Drive OKR/KPI tracking acrossrobotics initiatives; flag deviations and recommend corrective actions withurgency
• Lead special projects andcross-functional robotics initiatives from problem framing through to outcomedelivery
• Conduct competitive analysis ofrobotics products, research product roadmaps, and run competitor mapping acrossthe market to keep the company's robotics positioning ahead of the curve

Stakeholder & CommunicationManagement

• Act as a trusted liaison betweenthe Founders/CTO and internal stakeholders, including other CXOs — ensuringclarity, alignment, and follow-through on commitments
• Prepare daily and weeklydashboards tracking robotics R&D progress, milestones, and resourceutilization, and present them directly to the Founders
• Represent the Founders in selectinternal reviews, research-institute discussions, or partner/integrationdiscussions when required
• Draft and review criticaltechnical documentation, research-partnership proposals, and robotics strategymemos

Educational Qualification(Mandatory — one of the following)

• Option A: B.Tech in Robotics /Mechatronics / Computer Science (with a Robotics specialization) from a premiuminstitute — IIT, NIT, or IIIT
• Option B: B.Tech in a relatedfield from a premium engineering institute + M.Tech / MS in Robotics, AI/ML, ora related technical discipline (preferred, not mandatory)

Work Experience

• Total experience: 3–5 years postB.Tech
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Founder’sOffice, robotics R&D program management, or Technical Program Managementrole
• Hands-on robotics/engineeringexperience (has built or shipped a robotics prototype or product) stronglypreferred
• Prior exposure to AI/ML,embedded systems, or hardware-software integration is strongly preferred
• Exceptional first-principlesthinking and structured problem-solving ability (case-interview + system-designcaliber)
• Strong technical foundation:robotics fundamentals (perception, control systems, kinematics, SLAM), embeddedsystems, and modern AI/data stacks
• Deep understanding of AI andRobotics/Analytics products — working knowledge of AI/ML, embedded systems, anddata engineering pipelines is a strong plus
• Ability to identify, evaluate,and build relationships with research institutions, universities, and labs forrobotics collaboration
• Strong technical communication —able to translate deep research into founder-ready roadmaps and dashboards
• Data-driven mindset: comfortablebuilding and presenting daily/weekly dashboards directly to founders
• Ability to move fast, handleambiguity, and deliver under pressure with minimal supervision
• High emotional intelligence anddiscretion — you will handle confidential research and product information
• Willingness to roll up sleevesand execute — engage with research institutes, review technical work, not justadvise
