Growth Valley Community is seeking a high-ambition operator to sit beside the founder. You will own live mandates, including enrollment, admissions product, and partnerships, driving a measurable impact. This is a true force-multiplying role, not an analyst position.
Expect fast-paced delivery, clear SLAs, and a compensation model with upside tied to outcomes. This is the highest-leverage seat in a growing education-tech venture.
Gurugram (in-office) | Full-time | 1-5 years experience | Reports directly to the Founder
Do not apply if you are looking for structured job with work life balance. Apply if you are mentally young, want to prove to yourself, want to grow and behave like growth. A consistent growth story will be awarded.
Growth Valley Community is a global entrepreneurship programme where teenagers build real ventures: real inventory, real customers, real profit and loss. Our students run live businesses through TecTeenShop and are mentored by professionals and alumni from Harvard, MIT, Stanford and Columbia, supported by IITians. Today we stand at 1000+ students across 12 countries with roughly 95% retention, which is among the hardest numbers to earn in education.
Product-market fit is proven. Parents renew, students stay, and the transformation is visible in the room. What we have not yet built at scale is distribution: the systems, partnerships and engines that take this from X students to 100X. That is the frontier, and that is exactly where this role operates.
You sit beside the founder and function as a force multiplier. Not an assistant, not an analyst producing decks for other people to act on. You take a mandate, own it end to end, and leave behind a running system. You will be in rooms most people wait years to enter: pricing calls, investor material reviews, partnership negotiations, hiring decisions. The compensation for that access is simple: everything you touch must move.
This is the highest-leverage seat in the company for someone who wants to compress five years of operator learning into one.
Your first 90 days are pass or fail on outcomes, not activity. Concretely: a pipeline running that did not exist, a referral programme live, an admissions system operating on SLAs, a cohort launch executed. You will know exactly what winning looks like from week one, because we will write it down together.
If you want a defined lane, a structured mentorship ramp, a large team around you, or advisory distance from the actual work, this role will genuinely frustrate you, and you will frustrate us. We are building 1 to 10 in a company where speed matters. It is intense and demanding. The honest trade: the learning curve is the compensation multiplier, and the people who thrive here would be bored anywhere else.
fixed, plus performance upside, plus founder proximity that no salary line captures. We are honest about this: cash is competitive for our stage, not FAANG-level.
This seat is designed to outgrow itself. Prove the mandates and the natural next step is leading a function as we scale: growth, programmes, or operations. The people who join founder's offices at this stage of a company and deliver tend to end up running significant pieces of it. That is the plan here too.
