We are about 50 people. Our customers make medical devices, medicines, aircraft parts and car components, and they trust us with their quality records. So when a customer’s security team sends us a long security questionnaire, or our SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2, the security audit standard) auditor asks for last quarter’s access reviews, the answer has to be there.
We have written down how we work: policies, procedures, an onboarding checklist, a security program. What we do not have is one person whose job is to make sure it actually happens. Today the founders chase it themselves, between customer calls.
This role is that person. You read the procedure, work out who has to do what by when, follow up until it is done, and fix the procedure when it turns out to be wrong.
Our vision is to simplify how the world makes things.
Here is what that means in practice. A quality engineer at a medical device company needs to change a supplier. Purchasing raises the order, engineering updates the specification, the lab tests samples, the supplier’s lab tests theirs, and quality signs it off. Five teams, several systems, two companies. Most of the weeks it takes are spent waiting: on an email reply, on an approval sitting in someone’s inbox, on a test report nobody can find.
We are a software that keeps that kind of cross-team work moving. Everyone can see who owns the next step, what was decided, and what evidence backs it up. We hold ourselves to the same standard inside the company. This role is how.
You join at the entry level of our Operations Manager career path, reporting to the CEO. Strong people move to the lead level within 12 to 24 months, owning compliance, people operations and how the company runs, end to end, on their own judgment.
After that the path leads to managing an operations team as the function grows, and longer term to leading operations, compliance and people across the company. People who learn how a company runs from the CEO’s desk also go on to Chief of Staff and general management roles, and we will help you get there if that is your direction.
We write things down first. Decisions, procedures and changes live in a shared Notion workspace. A change to how we work is written up as a change request and approved by whoever owns that process before it takes effect, and you will both raise and chase these.
We work in two-week sprints with a short daily standup. We expect people to say early when a commitment is at risk, rather than miss it quietly. Feedback is direct and goes both ways, including to the CEO.
In your first year you will work on security audits, hiring and onboarding, the office and its vendors, and the numbers every team runs on, all from the CEO’s desk.
You will also learn how to run a company’s operations with AI doing much of the reading, drafting and chasing. That skill compounds.
And the work matters to customers. Companies that make medical devices, medicines and aircraft parts choose suppliers who can prove they run a tight ship. You are how we prove it.
Bangalore, in office, full-time.
