CraticAI is seeking a Founder's Office – Lead AI/ML Solution Architect to work remotely and collaborate with the founders on end-to-end AI/ML solutions for manufacturing clients. You will define technical roadmaps, integrate ML frameworks, ensure scalable and secure production systems, and mentor the team.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of solution delivery, with exposure to Fortune-100-like engagements and cutting-edge GenAI capabilities.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Founder's Office – Lead AI/ML Solution Architect. The role involves working closely with the founders to design, architect, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for manufacturing clients, from problem discovery and requirements gathering to model deployment and performance optimization. The Lead AI/ML Solution Architect will define technical roadmaps, evaluate and integrate AI frameworks, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of production-grade systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams, translating business needs into robust AI architectures, preparing technical documentation, and overseeing experiments, POCs, and pilots. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to hiring decisions, and representing the company in strategic technical discussions with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong applied AI/ML skills, including experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and model lifecycle management (training, evaluation, deployment).
• Hands-on expertise with modern ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, MLOps platforms, and experiment tracking tools).
• Robust software engineering skills in Python or similar languages, including experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud-native development.
• Experience designing scalable solution architectures on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Background in data engineering concepts such as data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data quality, and working with structured and unstructured industrial data.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex technical ideas clearly, and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial automation, or enterprise SaaS products is highly beneficial.
• Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and ownership of end-to-end solution delivery
