Job summary

Skillbee Com is seeking a Founders Office Intern to collaborate with the founders on strategic projects and daily execution. You will track metrics, support scope of features with product and engineering, and take ownership of dashboards and weekly reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, high ownership, and clear communication. You’ll work onsite at Mohan Estate, Delhi, from 10:30am to 07:30pm, Mon–Sat, with Saturdays off on the 1st and 3rd weeks.

• Fast learner with bias for action; AI tools experience is a plus.

• Work with product and engineering to scope features, write specs, define success metrics, and prioritise based on user and revenue impact.
• Genuine curiosity about how products get built. Bonus if you've shipped something yourself, however small.
• Own dashboards, reports, and weekly performance reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and run improvement experiments.
