Job summary

Leucine is building an AI-driven platform to transform pharmaceutical manufacturing, moving teams away from paper, Excel, and tribal knowledge toward scalable, data-backed processes.

You’ll join a fast-growing SaaS company enabling pharma enterprises to implement digital solutions, dashboards, and SOPs. Expect ownership from day one with opportunities to impact onboarding, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Tackle founder-level problems. Dive into ambiguous questions and deliver a data-backed solution—process, product spec, or growth playbook.
• Shadow to Own. Start by shadowing founders and executives across GTM, Product, and Operations, and quickly take ownership of initiatives with significant revenue, customer, or cost impact.
• Be the connective tissue. Translate manufacturing realities from shop-floor SMEs into crisp product requirements; then turn those into value propositions sales can run with.
• Scale what works. Systematize every win - dashboards, SOPs, automations - so the next team member can sprint from day 1.
• Rinse, learn, repeat. Each quarter you’ll rotate across functions, deepening domain knowledge while maintaining a 10,000-foot strategic view.

What You’ll Do

• Tackle founder-level problems. Dive into ambiguous questions (e.g., "How do we cut customer onboarding time by 40%?") and deliver a data-backed solution—process, product spec, or growth playbook.
• Shadow to Own. Start by shadowing founders and executives across GTM, Product, and Operations, and quickly take ownership of initiatives with significant revenue, customer, or cost impact.
• Be the connective tissue. Translate hard manufacturing realities from shop-floor SMEs into crisp product requirements; then turn those into value propositions sales can run with.
• Scale what works. Systematize every win - dashboards, SOPs, automations - so the next team member can sprint from day 1.
• Rinse, learn, repeat. Each quarter you’ll rotate (sales to CS to product to biz ops), compounding domain depth while keeping a 10,000-foot strategic view.

• Communicate like an engineer and a poet. Precision when the stakes are technical; story when hearts & budgets are on the line.
• Are hungry—really hungry. Titles don’t impress you; impact does. You measure weeks in learnings shipped.
• Bring 1-5 years of high-intensity experience. Early-stage start-up, tier-one consulting, I-banking, ops in manufacturing—anything that shows you can out-execute peers.

Must-Haves

• 1-4 years of experience in start-up, consulting, business operations, product, or manufacturing.
• Engineering background from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Operations, and CS.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with founders/CXOs or on strategic projects.
• Background in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, pharma/lifesciences, or enterprise tech.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, automation, or process building.
