Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Applied Arts or related discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design preferred.
• Strong understanding of design pedagogy and studio-based teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach foundation-level subjects including Design Fundamentals, Visual Composition, Color Theory, Sketching & Visualization, Form Exploration, and Creative Thinking.
• Conduct studio-based learning and hands-on workshops.
• Mentor students in concept development and portfolio building.
• Develop assignments, evaluation rubrics, and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary and collaborative projects.
• Organize exhibitions, jury reviews, and foundation showcases.

Job description

The Foundation Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring first-year design students through interdisciplinary foundation studies. The role focuses on developing students' visual thinking, creative problem-solving, material exploration, observational skills, and understanding of fundamental design principles.

Key Responsibilities
