Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or related field is required.
• Strong academic record with industry exposure preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at reputed institutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in Fashion Design and Fashion Communication.
• Develop and update curriculum aligned with industry trends and global standards.
• Undertake research, publish papers, and supervise innovative student projects.
• Build partnerships with fashion houses, media, and design firms for internships and live projects.
• Mentor students in competitions, exhibitions, and entrepreneurial ventures.
• Participate in committees, accreditation processes, and university events.

Faculty are expected to contribute to curriculum development, foster innovation, and strengthen ADYPU’s reputation as a global hub for fashion education.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver engaging lectures, studio sessions, and workshops in Fashion Design / Fashion Communication.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to designing and updating curriculum aligned with industry trends and global standards.
• Research & Innovation: Undertake research, publish papers, and guide students in innovative projects.
• Industry Collaboration: Build partnerships with fashion houses, media, and design firms for internships, live projects, and placements.
• Student Development: Mentor students in competitions, exhibitions, and entrepreneurial ventures.
• Institutional Contribution: Participate in committees, accreditation processes, and university events.
