Job summary

ValueNexus is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Bengaluru to drive enterprise AI solutions in production environments. You will own discovery, design, build, and go-live for AI agents across the enterprise stack, including CRM, messaging channels, and cloud AI services.

You will work directly with IT heads and CXOs, demo, debug, and deploy on-site and remotely. You’ll apply hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems to tailor prompts and workflows for real business problems and feed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of strong engineering experience across full-stack, platform (Salesforce/Apex a plus), or backend.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems (GPT/Gemini/Claude APIs, RAG, vector search).
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be the first engineer on new problems.
• Strong ability to communicate with a customer's technical team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations: discovery, design, build, go-live.
• Build across enterprise stack: CRM platforms, messaging channels, cloud AI services, and external REST APIs.
• Engineer and iterate prompts and agent workflows for real business problems.
• Collaborate with customer teams on-site and remotely; demo, debug, and deploy.
• Feed field learnings back into the product roadmap.

We build agentic AI solutions for enterprises, AI assistants and automation that run in production, every day, for real business workflows. Our deployments span consumer goods, financial services, ed-tech, and higher education, including AI assistants handling 10L+ conversations a month.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll take our platform into the customer's world and make it work designing, building, and shipping enterprise AI solutions directly with clients.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations: discovery, solution design, build, and go-live
• Build across the enterprise stack — CRM platforms (Salesforce and others), messaging channels like WhatsApp, cloud AI services (Vertex AI, AWS, Azure), and external REST APIs
• Engineer and iterate LLM prompts and agent workflows for real business problems - underwriting, service automation, product identification, lead qualification
• Work hands-on with customer teams (IT heads, ops leaders, CXOs) - you’ll demo, debug, and deploy on-site and remotely
• Feed field learnings back into our product roadmap

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of strong engineering experience - full-stack, platform (Salesforce/Apex a plus), or backend with the appetite to work across systems
• Hands-on experience or genuine curiosity with LLMs and Agentic systems - GPT/Gemini/Claude APIs, RAG, vector search, multi-agent orchestration
• Comfort with ambiguity - you’ll often be the first engineer on a problem
• Strong communication; you can hold a room with a customer’s technical team
