SoftwareOne is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect - Agentic AI to lead the technical architecture behind production-grade AI systems deployed in real customer environments. This role sits at the intersection of customer context, systems architecture, and applied AI, guiding engagements from problem discovery to deployment and iteration.

You will design agentic AI architectures, establish patterns and standards, and ensure robustness, scalability, and business value while mentoring engineers

Qualifications

• Strong experience architecting and delivering AI, ML, or software systems in production environments.
• Hands-on technical expertise in Python or comparable programming languages such as Go, Rust, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, iteration, and production reliability.
• Strong software architecture fundamentals across distributed systems, data modeling, integration patterns, and system design.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value clearly.
