Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect - Agentic AI to lead the technical architecture for production-grade AI systems deployed in real customer environments. You will bridge customer context, systems design, and applied AI to deliver scalable, robust solutions.

You will guide architecture from problem discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions provide measurable business value while balancing speed and quality. You will mentor engineers and architects across AI projects.

Qualifications

• Strong production AI/ML system delivery experience.
• Hands-on Python or similar languages (Go, Rust).
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face or equivalent.
• Knowledge of deployment, monitoring, and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from discovery to architecture design and deployment.
• Translate business problems into agentic AI architectures with multi-step workflows and integrations.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience architecting and delivering AI, ML, or software systems in production environments.
• Hands-on technical expertise in Python or comparable programming languages such as Go, Rust, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, iteration, and production reliability.
• Strong software architecture fundamentals across distributed systems, data modeling, integration patterns, and system design.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value clearly.
