Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a CoE Formwork Process & Implementation Manager to standardize formwork engineering across projects, driving productivity, digital adoption and process excellence. You will lead CoE initiatives, develop training and certification programs, implement automation, and provide technical support to project teams to boost performance and knowledge management.

With 10+ years in construction/formwork and at least 5 years on site, you will deploy standardized SOPs, benchmarks

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Master's in Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of construction/formwork experience.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in formwork.

Responsibilities

• Standardize formwork processes, SOPs and best practices across projects.
• Drive CoE initiatives, implementation and compliance.
• Establish productivity benchmarks, manpower norms and performance metrics.
