• Experience in formulation development, pre-formulation studies, and familiarity with regulatory guidelines (GMP, ICH).
• Attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, dissolution, stability testing) and prior work in pharmaceutical R&D or manufacturing setting is an advantage.
